Throughout my years exploring meditation and the thinking mind, I have read many different books and watched several videos that have helped me learn more about meditation and stillness. This is a list of videos from around the web that have helped me to gain self-awareness and inner peace. I believe they can also ease that chatter in your mind. These videos allowed me to stay focused on my meditation and gave me a new perspective on life. I often listen to and re-watch these videos to help me stay on track. I look at life in a different way now. You are not your thoughts, feelings or emotions. There is something deeper than all that noise. You can retrain your mind to become more self-aware and present.
